Girls on the Run 5K Details- Northern Colorado

END OF SEASON 5K DETAILS

Get ready, our end of season 5K is less than a week away!! Here’s a quick reminder of everything you will need to know to ensure you are ready for the big day:

Girls on the Run 5K @ Happy Smackah

When: Saturday, May 11th, 2024

Where: McIntosh Lake (The event starts and finishes towards the West End of Dawson Park, near Lakeshore Drive and Cove Court)

Arrival time: 7:30 AM

Race start time: 8:00 AM

Race Details: Girls, coaches, and families will need to find their team sign at the Meet & Greet Area near the start line.

Your girl is ALREADY registered for the race. Parents/guardians MUST register to run the 5K alongside their GOTR participant. The cost is $15 for Child (6-12), $20 for Youth (13-17), and $25 for Adult (18+) online. Online registration is open until 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 9th. Parking: Parking is available at Westview Middle School and on the streets around the park. Make sure to honor all parking cones in the surrounding areas.

 

Girl Bib Pick Up

Girls will get their Girls on the Run bib from their coach at their team sign. Girls on the Run participants are the only runners that will be given bibs for this race.

This is a rain, shine, or snow event! Please dress accordingly. Water will be provided for all runners. We ask that spectators bring their own water.
