Hello Girls on the Run (GOTR) Parents and Guardians!

Girls on the Run registration is NOW OPEN!

Individual schools’ days and times are listed when you select your school in the registration dropdown. You can also go to our website for a full list of sites, days and times.

When girls tap into their Bold Heart, they discover the courage within themselves to grow, try new things, and face challenges with confidence. From the very first practice to crossing the 5K finish line, participants learn that their self-worth matters and that being brave doesn’t mean being fearless, it means showing up anyway. Throughout the season, girls will build essential life skills through lessons that encourage them to trust their Heart Power, Be Bold, Take a Heart Moment, and practice Bold Listening. By learning tools such as positive self-talk, expressing emotions, and forming supportive friendships, they strengthen their confidence both on and off the course. As the season unfolds, girls will learn to honor who they are, lead with empathy, and use their Bold Heart to uplift themselves and others, all while working toward finishing a 5K event.

We're looking forward to a fantastic spring season and hope your child will be able to join us as we inspire girls to lead with open hearts and stand up for themselves and others. The season starts the week of March 2 and will run through the week of May 11.
